By downloading or playing Tarot Tails ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
3 Ravens Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The Game includes a virtual currency ("Fate Shards") and in-game items obtainable through gameplay. These have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not transferable outside the Game.
3 Ravens Studio reserves the right to modify, remove, or rebalance virtual items and currency at any time without compensation.
The Game displays advertisements served by third-party networks (including Google AdMob). By using the Game, you consent to the display of such advertisements in accordance with the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies.
You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to interfere with the Game's servers or network infrastructure.
All content in the Game — including graphics, music, text, and code — is the property of 3 Ravens Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Ravens Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time, and to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
